There's a lot here to enjoy. I came into it after being told it was similar to an old DOS game called Alien Legacy, and the comparison is apt. While I would have preferred a more laid-back experience, I found the story fun, and the gameplay engaging. I was never bored or at a complete loss as to my next goal. Highly recommend if you're looking for a mix of adventure, city building, and discovery.

One thing - I recommend the lower difficulty levels for a more chill time. I played on the harder levels for a while, but found it too stressful.

I've seen multiple people call this a 'love letter to King's Field', and I have to agree. It's very similar to those games, but much more approachable to a modern player. The gameplay is fun, the nods to various From Software properties are cute, and the secrets are just tricky enough to make you think. I really enjoyed my time with this, and highly recommend it.

Average game made by a developer who espouses anti mask rhetoric and is clearly a moron.

This game is incredibly fun as a solo or team game. Every mission is a problem, and you have the solution. Can't recommend it enough.

Scary as hell at times, too.

I enjoyed the game, and had a lot of fun with it. The game is pretty, the music is decent, the controls easy to master. It's a good homage to Ur-Quan Masters. I found the 'humor' of the game fell flat a lot of the time - they were simply trying too hard to capture the original magic, and simply failed.

My main gripe with the game is the on-planet performance - it's often horrible, and the lander is a pain to handle.

I was impressed with the M/KB controls, the graphics which seems to run fine on a variety of hardware, and the general technical competency with which this game was made. The game is fun, fully playable and enjoyable without spending a cent (and without too much grinding to make up for it) and the other players are, for the most part, more interested in playing the game than being elitist.

My only complaint is the fact that my loadouts don't save to the mech, but instead save to my client.
