I got this game quite awhile ago, most likely in a humble bundle or something, but only recently really played it.
While at first I thought it was sort of just a point-and-click type of game (which I'm generally not a fan of), I actually really enjoyed the artistic look and storyline, although it perhaps a little silly at times. If you get the chance, I also recommend looking at the Behind the Scenes section in the game. It was pretty interesting to see their initial sketches and inspiration.
Overall, The Journey Down: Chapter One has a very cozy and warm-like feel to it, and I actually really enjoyed it.

Although I had a lot of fun playing this game, it wasn't for very long. At it's current state, I don't recommend buying it. There isn't enough content and the updates just don't add much and take way too long to come out.
So, although I did like this game, I just can't recommend it right now.

This game is fast. Like, really fast. Once you get the basics down, you soon realize it's all the same thing and doesn't require as much strategy as you might've first thought.
Despite this, it was still a fun, short play and something I sometimes returned to when I was very bored. I'd only give it like a 6/10, but that's above 5, so I guess I recommend it.

Extremely short game; completed the entire game in about 20 minutes. However, it was very interesting and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Fun poems and "words of wisdom" along the way and really neat graphics.
Overall a fun, short game.
