Initial Review (94 hrs):

As a diehard EA Skate fanboy, this is the game I've been waiting for. This is the true next step in skateboarding simulation and feels like such a natural progression from the Skate series into the next generation. The controls are intuitive and fluid, and it was remarkably easy to translate my knowledge from skating IRL to do what I wanted in the game. The ability to fully control your legs in the air gives you unparalleled freedom in terms of how you make your tricks look, allowing every individual to have their own unique style. The only downside to the game right now is that that it just has one level, nor is there walking or any kind of offboard movement, but as an early access title this is hardly something to be worried about. Having been an Alpha and Beta tester for this game, I got to speak heavily with the developers and they are devoted to creating the best skate sim possible. Easy Day has done an impeccable job on this title already, and I expect nothing but amazing things to come in the future.

TL;DR: If you loved Skate 3 for hardcore mode and skating realistically, than you should ABSOLUTELY buy this game.
