PRESENTATION
Story? There's no real story here. Just go out, find anything that isn't human and blow it to smithereens. What else do you need to know?

GRAPHICS
While the minimal resolution and detail choices aren't great, the destructible environments and the sheer amount of monsters on screen at one time is quite nice.

SOUND
Music is rather useless, but the sound effects of shells and weapons firing are sweet. So are the screams of the creatures you shoot. Overall 8/10 do get if you can.

GAMEPLAY
It's a challenging throwback to the past, and facing off against hundreds of monsters is taxing. Co-op would've been awesome, as would the option to see through walls to avoid ambushes.

LASTING APPEAL
Survive mode and four difficulty levels extend the gameplay, but the lack of carrying over campaign progress and bringing in a friend, along with the sheer numbers, could reduce your replays.
