Fur farms are filthy disgusting places where around one hundred million animals are kept and killed each year for the fashion industry in cramped battery cages, deprived of the ability to engage in natural behaviors for their entire lives. The methods used on fur farms are meant to maximize profits at the expense of the animals, Some examples of animals kept on fur farms are foxes, mink, raccoon dogs, rabbits, and chinchillas. Fur farms will often gas, poison, shock, beat, and skin alive the animals in their possession.
