I have enjoyed this game for many years.

Sadly, since the Epic Games takeover it has only been downhill.
- Removal of great features and inclusion of content that detracts from the experience (or is just blatantly greedy).
- Poor matchmaking and poorly thought out algorithms.
- Toxic smurfs. Non-toxic smurfs. General smurfing.

Whomever is working on this title at Epic needs to be replaced or have a serious change of mind.

Turn on nudity filter.

Or don't.

How are there still so many glaring issues in this game? 2 Years after launch? Assets not loading, repeated crashes. They wanted 1'000ZAR for this? Do you buy your car with faulty shock absorbers and cracked windows? I have spent many hours in BF3 and BF4, both do a better job at most of the metrics than BF2042.

Yes, there are some fields in which this game has improved on the previous, but too few to be notable nor worth your money. Don't keep feeding the rubbish game production line.

Test your friendships with this lovely, historically accurate, turn based RTS game.

Cool concept, maybe they just need a bigger budget.

Possibly not my cup of tea.

10/10 would click more rocks.
