An absolutely excellent RTS! Great game play and graphically well crafted. Loads of hours of brain teasing combat; save your play-through methodically; time management is essential! You will stay up late for this one.
Warzone 2100 offers a huge technology tree and allows you to design your units: pick mode of locomotion, add a chassis, and attach your weapon or auxiliary component. Then, blast the tar out of your opponent! Rescue civilians and loot the enemy wrecks for technology to research. Some missions are 3hrs long - use all of that time - this is a strategy game, not a fast shooter. It's Free and open source software, too!

I've played 66 hours so far with no crashes! Only one annoyance: path finding around other units (and some obstacles) is very poor: keep'm moving around and out of the way of other units (noticeable when one unit is trying to escape for repair while surrounded by other units).

I like everything about Cities: Skylines! This game is captivating
