It is without exaggeration the most uncompromising roguelike game I've ever played, but its deceivingly complex spell and material dynamics make it feel almost limitless in scope and potential; it's truly no wonder why folks will commit thousands of hours to it. You will inevitably make many fatal mistakes, given that the game does not hold your hand *in the slightest*, but learning from them is the ultimate key to its mastery. Experiencing this game has only been made even more special through the blossoming of a generous and curious community of players and modders, all who continue to share secrets and new discoveries hidden in its cryptic, dangerous, and ever-shifting world.
