A guy was complaining that he didnt get the name he wanted, which is fine, but not when that name is Kushina.Uzumaki. And he was whining that he had to "ghettofy" his name to "Kusheena"; BRO you're worrying about ghettofying an unoriginal name that shouts, "I'M AN OTAKU!" worry about that first. Second the fact a long @$$ name like that is already taken is already ridiculous enough. Japanese gamers don't even like it when you use long fracking unoriginal names. Then a whole mess of people with similar names popped up in chat, and OH GOD WAS IT LIKE BARRENS CHAT IN WOW.
if that's not the prob it could be that ur directx file is corrupt and will need to reinstall it and restart comp
