What starts off as charming did become annoying. I do like that you can turn the singing off - which I did for a few stages to give myself a break - but I was glad to have turned it back on again. I found the final world's exciting and the vocals-on enhanced that experience.

I'm currently have a lot of fun in post-game. Plenty of secret encounters to find and collectables to hoard. Plus, the included DLC adds creative new side-adventures I've just barely scratched the surface of.

I'm very happy with my purchase.

A cute and innocent adventure into the woods.
Pick flowers. Smash pumpkins. Drink the magic floor juice.

Do the kids like it? Who the heck knows. This feels like a love-letter to us gray-beards... the longtime fans - rather than a simple cash grab. I suppose that'll all depend on what you expect from a F2P Gacha. For me, it's the expansion of the lore and the adaptation of moments from the books. There's also plenty of fun to be had in the non-canon crossover events.

After maybe a year of my friend trying to get me to play this game, I finally picked it up during the latest Steam winter sale. Turned out to be a surprisingly fun puzzle game, but the fact that it is also a dating sim, makes it hilarious. The dialogue and exchanges between you and the girls is usually pretty damn funny. The game just gets awkward fast if you've beaten all their puzzles. Because now it is apparently.... time to f**k? You don't get a choice here. It's going to happen. The puzzle becomes a lightening round, getting as much points as fast as possible as they slowly drain back to zero if you do not gather points fast enough... That could be pretty intense, but the damn women keep moaning in the background. What if anybody in the house heard this part of the game? Well, ♥♥♥♥ me, I'm already a pervert for playing this far, so I continue the game. Once that challenge is finished, the girl's panties are left in the inventory, as some sort of reward or achievement. You can try to give them their panties back, and I have, but they simply don't want them. So, huzzah! Panties!? Now all of a sudden a fairy wants to get in on this action, a blue alien appears at the beach, and a catgirl follows you home from the park. But hey, I've come this far... Lightening Rounds for Everyone! After all is said and done, I've nearly lightening-round'd every one in the game, when all of a sudden, Venus the Goddess of Love stops by... That's it. I'm done. I turned off the game. Watched some innocent TV and then got ready for bed. G'night.

This game isn't bad. It's just middle of the row.
Despite what the description says; The claymation graphics are not amazing. They are, however, a bit endearing. As you're given the sense that you are playing out a space adventure through the mind of a small child.

There are some old school graphical issues, such as flickering sprites, or some sprites that wont load on a given playthrough. Others have reported sound issues and such, but I never encountered that. What annoyed me the most, was the inability to run this game in windowed mode, and if you want to ALT + TAB to a different application in the middle of playing, say good-bye to having a functional mouse until you either switch back or close the game.

Over all, this game is very reminiscent of a poor man's SNES platformer/SHMUP.
I can't recommend it. (If you get it for free. Hey! There's at least Steam Trading Cards. Huzzah!)

If you want to know what it felt like to be a gamer in the 1970's, this is a must play.

It captures all the challenge and excitement, without being limited by the hardware of the second generation.

I am amazed that such a stylish game can become so uninteresting so quickly.
I would suggest just buying the soundtrack from their website, and pass on this yawn of a SHMUP.

PS. The achievements can glitch. So, good luck with that.

I was shocked at how short this game was. This is one of the titles where you want to spend so much more time in its world. I would have the protagonist walk around the boundaries of each location, just to experience as much of the game design as possible. For me, I can't grade this game fairly based on gameplay alone. I'm blinded by the love and respect I have for the artistic direction. That said, I will point out the cleverness of the puzzles. Using the folding, over-lapping, and features that generally make a pop-up book a pop-up book, are all used to a degree of brilliance.

I recommend this game to all with an appreciation of papercutting and paperfolding.

A simple, and yet challenging, Puzzles-and-Hidden-Objects game. Where most of the challenge lies in figuring out the rules to each of the puzzles yourself. That said, the average puzzle gamer will have this publication completed in less than an hour. The only replay value to this title, is if your brain went soft, leaving you to forget all that you had achieved.

Containing 8 Puzzles & 5 Hidden Objects zones. While short-lived, I enjoyed the experience.
