Hello my name is NearbyLeg and I'm looking to pay a RuneScape cosplayer to help me out in my depraved situation, and no, it's not what you think it is. I do not need someone to dress up as Nieve or Sandwich Lady, it's a lot more simple than that. I must have someone dress up in full Bandos except the boots, those will be replaced with dragon boots.
