Something I decided to buy in order to shake off something.
Wonderputt is one of these old flash games I used to play and seeing it got a sequel of some sort has shocked me!

Pros: Beautiful art and animation, interesting uses of various things as golf courses. Bring a new way of golf games like Putt Party to life.

Cons: Lack of Quality of Life Features (The only one I can think of that actually existed is the collectibles stay collected even after you restart.) Strokes don't reset upon each course, really? Physics can be wonky to get used to.

Edit: Yeah, I think I will set to not recommended unless you like tearing your hair out getting pars, lmao.

Sorry Ninja Kiwi, but your archive is not working.

Techspot doesn't want to download it seems and I can't even use SuperNova Player. Guess I'll just hop on something like Kongregate and just be done. Waste of Download.

I only installed this game on Steam so I can leave a review on it. My sav from downloading in from Dream Module even carried over despite me uninstalling it months ago. LOL

Anyway the review:
It's pretty fun for a short game if you're willing to kill time. I was hoping there will be more levels in the Steam Version. Ah, can't rush developers.

TBH, Duck Life was one of the Flash games I played a lot during my teenage years!

The game itself is playable with a few bugs, but I kinda expected more for a game with "Adventure" in the title like I wonder if Doris Dewdrop could have given more roles other than being an early NPC.

As a devoted Crystal Story fan since I first played it in Newgrounds, I like this game, but like other RPGS I have problems with it...
Probably because one you've beat the main story, I felt the game relies too much on the RNG for getting the best equipment to withstand the bosses in Evil Tower.

And I think this game kinda lacks the charm of what made the original (and II) popular back then, like Feed Slime and Zombie Defense. (Maybe it's just me because popularity is nowadays is targeted to mobile Battle Royale games..., rather than flash games)

Even myself, kinda felt disappointed of the lack of any expressions on anyone besides Rita, visible NPCs (RIP. Hammer-Praising Blacksmith) and especially the lack of a single cameo of a Crystal Story II character bar a vague mention of Lina (Koohii Final quest and "Relina's Dagger" What if Relina could be her full name?)

NGL, of courses I have positive points to say, I loved the updated graphics compared to the previous installments (6 years!), more sounds, a stable battle system (no more potential zero damage and frequent misses), a appropriate post-game final boss (LOL, we didn't get to fight Rita in the original despite her being the main villain?) and filled plotholes. (Why did Hiro get praised for singlehandly killing the Dargon and shooing Rita in CSII.) It reminded how Aquablade Chronicles evolved. I'm looking forward to when CSII gets remade.

Kudos to the dev for not losing passion despite the series being forgottened in history.

I've played this game in Armor Games and Some School Games... And needlessly to say I recommend this for anyone looking for a quick simple RPG game to spare. Not to mention it's friggin cheaper than a wisky bottle, especially if its on sale! Also the team here are a bunch of unique misfits! A young dragon, a thief, a sheriff mage, and a demon prince...what more can you ask for? Epic Battle Fantasy who?

P.S. D. Please marry me. (I'm definitely am)
