As you have already read, my hobbies include IT Support. I am a IT support technician for a Top 5 (uSwitch) rated firm in the UK. I spend 8 hours of my proffesional day with a headset on (Althoguh some would say that when I am on Counter-Strike, that I spend 16 hours of my proffesional day with a headset on)
