Simple relaxing puzzle game, free and with nice designs. Recommended if you want to pass the time without too much thought.

Very fast-paced game, top-down view, retro graphics, very simple mechanics. I hadn't given it a dime, purchased out of curiosity, yet it has kept me glued to the screen for two days now.
It seriously harms my work-from-home prospects. Damn entertaining at any rate, too much so.

Bel tuffo nel passato, soprattutto per chi come me ha vissuto l'era delle avventure grafiche su PC.
Complimenti agli sviluppatori per il lavoro svolto, mi sono veramente divertito.
Gioco consigliato, assolutamente.

Pretty damn funny.
Especially for those who like old-school shooters.
A pleasant throwback, at least for me.

I was a child when I played the first Alone in the Dark in 1992, together with my father who bought it for me. I also played the sequel and the third chapter. Graphics, effects and game engine were very different back then, yet the feeling of angst was palpable from the very first minutes of play.
This remake of the first chapter intrigues me, and I have to admit that this prologue is not bad at all, and as far as I'm concerned it shows promise.
I will look forward to the full game, for now my assessment on what little I have seen (on balance this is a demo of about ten minutes) is positive.

Fun pastime, the game is not very long, but for a free project it's okay.
Nice side quests and dialogues with other ants.
Very minimal controls but decently optimized.

Can there be room for yet another review on how Skyrim still is an RPG experience worth at least a try?

I will not dwell on the merits and flaws of this game, given the countless reviews about it, so I will refer you to what fellow gamers have already written.
I will only say that in this game, with each new game, there is always something new to discover. Little facets, places maybe previously missed, NPCs maybe previously not encountered. Many, many things that make this game truly unique.
Just pausing to read all the books present is a real challenge in my opinion.
I was curious to play this edition and at the moment I was not disappointed.

Little horror graphic adventure, point and click style.
A bit short, story is very sad but overall is a quite good game.

Gioco che o si ama o si odia, non adatto a chi ha poca pazienza. E la mia è stata messa a dura prova diverse volte, ma nonostante un centinaio di camomille sono riuscito a terminarlo... :P
Molto "punitivo" se si commettono errori, anche banali disattenzioni possono risultare fatali, nel migliore dei casi scatta l'imprecazione immediata, nel peggiore potrebbe finire il PC fuori dalla finestra, ma si sa, in questo tipo di giochi a difficoltà abbastanza elevata, sono cose da tenere in conto.
Riguardo al gioco in sè, classico stile Metroidvania, mappa grande il giusto in termini di vastità, difficoltà che rispecchia quella di titoli come "Dead Cells", ma oggettivamente se uno si studia un minimo i movimenti ed i punti deboli dei nemici, diventa tutto tranquillamente fattibile. Certo, inizialmente è molto punitivo.
Possibilità di potenziare il proprio personaggio man mano che la trama progredisce ed anche esplorando la mappa alla ricerca di vari oggetti. Molto belle le magie.
Grafica retrò 2D e pixellosa, ma essendo un gamer di vecchia data, credo questa sia la cosa che più apprezzo di questi titoli.
Mi sono veramente divertito parecchio con questo gioco tutto sommato, probabilmente più avanti lo riprenderò in mano per scoprirne eventuali segreti lasciati in sospeso o per sbloccare l'altro finale.
Consigliatissimo per gli amanti del genere!!!
