A typical console game, although quite beautiful. Pull this lever, climb this wall, activate the platform... I am happy I received the game for free, I wouldn't pay more than 10-15 euros for it.

Okay, it's a bit buggy, sometimes the quests kind of break if you don't follow the exact sequence of actions, the main plot is a bit meh, the third act feels a bit rushed, but...
... it is so fun to play! I haven't felt anything like that since Witcher 3. Maybe not a 10/10, but 9.8/10 from me.

For some people (like me) the game stutters regularly, making it impossible to play since you have to have control over the car 100% of time. There seems to be appx 0 attention from the devs, and nothing can fix that.

April 2028: The game is great but the lags are completely ruining it. It is merely impossible to play a multiplayer game without it lagging at all important moments. Until the servers problem is solved I'll keep negative review.

Update July 2018: There is still only Europe server, which makes it impossible to comfortably play from NA. Games lags very much every time.

Despite the big number of bugs and glitches, this one is a brilliant game. There are not so many games with the soul nowdays, and KCD is definitely one the kind. My top 3 RPGs along with Gothic I/II and Witcher series.

How can you not love the game where having fun with the bath wenches increases your vitality?

The game simply does not work. Aweful performance, glitches and overall absolutely non-user friendly. And now instead of finally fixing this game they are about to make some money making a new one. Thank you.

The gameplay is awesome, the co-op mode is so much fun, it looks nice, the game itself seems to be so good... but oh my god. The plot. I mean, really? It looks like the producer lost a bet against somebody and just took his 5y old kid's story as a main storyline without telling anybody. Developers should've at least excplicitely said that this game is for children no older than 12. You literally enjoy it until you have to talk to somebody.

Starts as a painful death simulator, but becoming much more fun when you and your friends get used to game mechanichs. I don't know why, but it's just so fun to play. It has a nice mix of realism and fast pace arcade action elements. Would give it 9/10 if there would be more maps, it's the only problem so far - lack of content. Thus, let it be 8/10.
