It's an app for making, sharing, and downloading custom wallpapers. The wallpapers can be mouse interactive, animated, spread over multiple monitors, and many more options. The app allows you to create wallpapers from images, HTML, or video files. The app also has steam workshop support, allowing you to upload and download custom wallpapers.

Early Access Review
It's a great relaxing game. Easy to learn and pretty fun to play. I've built things from large buildings covered in balconies, to epic-sized towns. Overall great game, definitely recommend!

Good game, just rendered all my hard work useless.

I looked forward to this game for a year. Pre-ordered the $100 edition and played launch day. Suffered the waiting 1 hour for it to begin installing and the long load time on startup but still loved it. All my hours are from the first week, I've tried to play again somewhat recently, but there's nothing to do.

I made the mistake of playing this game to fast, I guess. I managed to complete the towers for the characters I liked and also beat many of the time trials, I was top 0.1% of players the first week and was sadly not given the top 1% prize since the PC Update messed that up. Whatever, still liked the game, beats most the towers spent all day and night to get all the heads for the crypt and opened all crypt chests. Then a few days later, an update rolled around to appease the children with the "why do I have to play the game to unlock stuff" mindset.

All the things I worked hard for were made easier to obtain.
• Soul Rewards increased by 50%
• Fatality count for head spikes decreased
• Community gift with 500,000 Koins, 1,000 Souls, 1,000 Time Crystals, and 500 Hearts
• Increased amount of Hearts earned from Fatalities, Brutalities, and Mercies.

Not only that but they also made the game far easier in said update:
• Modifier damage reduction for fire, DoT, electric storm, etc.
• Modifier intervals in the Gauntlet increased
• Adjusted AI difficulty curve
• Further opponent health reductions in higher-level Towers
• Adjusted and removed modifiers from many Daily Towers
• Increased Koin Rewards for kompleting Towers and Tower Platforms
• Increased Dragon Challenge Koin rewards
• Increased post-fight Koin rewards
• Increased amount of Hearts earned from Fatalities, Brutalities, and Mercies
• Lowered modifier damage for many modifiers
• Adjusted the lifespan of several modifiers
• Dramatically increased cooldowns on Tag Assist modifiers

All in all, its a shame I unlocked everything the game had to offer and was left having to wait a year to play DLC characters that were not even desired by the community.

I never truly understood the hate with this game. It's not that bad if you're like me and only buy the newest 2K every 2-3 years. I understand wanting updated rosters, but there's no need to buy one every year. I played park maybe twice this year but between the lag outs and the hackers, it was fairly alright, mostly only went to the park for new clothes to use against friends in the MyCourt. The game performed fairly well never had any issues except not being able to play blacktop online a few times. MyTeam is still the same as every year, MyCareer is okay, MyLeague and MyGM continue to be the same. It's just as I said, its an updated roster with minor tweaks here and there.

The game did not run on my computer, despite being well over the specs, but I played it on console and can say it's one of the greatest games I've played! I have already put in 500 hours on it, still free-roaming :D

The game started quite compelling. It pulled me in with its idea of investigating the public in order to identify those responsible for a series of terror attacks. You must examine: webpages, private chat messages, emails, computer files, and you can even listen in on you're suspects' phone calls.

As if that wasn't already impressive, the game also contains a system in which false information could cost you the operation. This system causes you to constantly make sure every piece of info is both relevant and correct.

As you dive deeper into this game you start to see its rather stale side. A major flaw in this surveillance simulator: waiting real time during the targets' phone calls and private messages. You end up losing interest rather easily when you have to sit through these long and dull conversations. I also became quite disappointed when I realized this was all one major mission. It is quite short. I was expecting this to be chock-full of small cases where I must find information on different people for different crimes. Instead, I found myself going through hundreds of pages of the same case. Eventually, I found myself bored and I lost my will to continue. Do not get me wrong, the game is still reasonably fun and it is definitely worth the $2.49 sale tag!

When you're not using it for it's achievements, you'll find it to be a very fun puzzle game.
