Sometimes a game will come along from a small team, or a single developer, which puts all the other game studios to shame. This is most definitely one of them.
Dinkum on release is more complete, stable, well thought-out and fun to play than most recent AAA titles.

I'm not the biggest fan of Animal Crossing / Stardew-esque games, while Dinkum certainly draws heavy inspiration from those titles, it's got a much bigger focus on crafting, combat and survival. It's also a lot more sandboxey and less linear. I'd compare it to Minecraft/Terraria in that regard.

An absolute steal at the price too. Only thing to note is that it's very grindy and addictive. If you don't have a decent amount of free time to play, then you might have trouble getting into it.
