An incredible F2P game that is plagued by similar issues on Battlefield, but also, an insane amount of cheaters. I would love to recommend this but balancing issues (too many explosives, non-stop tanks) take away the fun as small choke points don't allow for pushing when you're non-stop getting triple blaster'd and then anti-p'd. On top of that, tanks just have unlimited ammo and can be respawned, what seems like unlimited amount of times, add to this the lack of cool down and visual clutter, it's not fun until the balancing is fixed and the anti-cheat actually works. Oh, and being artillery barrage'd a ton of times can ruin your hold or push in an instant.

Astroneer is a really charming and fun game, albeit very repetitive. I can recommend it though, as long as you're playing with a friends, as it gives you all opportunities to have different roles and to get to important stuff efficiently. It does have a lovely sound track and sounds are also nice, all adding to the charm.

I would pick this game up on deal only though, I do think there is a lack of content and the repetition can get a little tedious, so wait until it's on sale and make sure you play with some friends!

Thoroughly enjoyed this game, it has it's nuances in the in fact it's fairly glitchy, the combat system isn't great and at times it lacks diversity. Saying that, I absolutely adore this game and played it through with 3 friends. It's genuinely cool to see a survival game through you into the dark, without any real idea of what you're meant to do. I'd highly recommended to anyone, especially if you've got a few mates to play with.

I honestly love the concept of the game and most of the mini games are fun but right now it's hard to recommend. De-sync is annoying but I can overlook that for a fun game where I feel like the devs are sorting the issues out, unfortunately there seems to be more worry regarding Season 2 and 'Big Yeetus' than actually fixing the issues that plague this game. Team games can also be a bit of a nightmare, if you go down ever so slightly people have a tendency to quit without any repercussions. You're also lucky if you don't get a cheater flying through the sky every over game, but can quite often get a cheater in 8/10 of games now.

Until they actually pull their fingers out and resolve the numerous issues with this game, it's not worth the money which is a real shame.

Good laugh to play with friends, AI can be rather stupid but still enjoyable and challenging.
