I should have known what to expect from a game which has in-game buttons to tune down visual effects...

12.9 hrs played in 24 hours from purchase (with 7 hours of sleep). Recommendation enough.

I am 40+ year old gamer with a wife and two kids. Time for gaming very precious so I need to choose my games very carefully.
I love the Bloodborne art. One of the reasons I talked my wife into getting a PS4 was Bloodborne. I loved running around with sekiro. I love the whole idea of Dark Souls. I never got far in these games because I am not good enough in blocking and dodging.
Then came Elden Ring. I started with Vagabond but after couple of hours I restarted the game with a sorcery oriented Astrologer. At level 81, after 68 hours of battles in and out of saddle I have beaten couple of dragons, couple of bigger bosses, many smaller bossess. There are bosses I still get wrecked by. I will beat them. I know.
I cannot overstate how much I love this game. All the challenges and bossess are beatable. Now, or later. The world is fantastic and pushes me every evening to explore further.
I also have to say I got the game just couple of weeks ago and either I am lucky, or all the bugs have been resolved, as I did not experience one crash or other issue with the game.

My 6 year old daughter and I love playing both the original and the sequel. We beat each several times. She needs less and less help beating the more challenging parts. We love the art and the soundtrack.

I might have 6 hours on Steam, but I was playing it a lot since the initial release before Steam. After 4 years and two kids, it is time to install it again. Frag on!

I have been playing Isaac for years since the first release on many platforms and services, so the total playtime is several times more than what Steam shows. I am no pro, and I still encounter new items and new combinations after all this time. My favorite "I have 20 minutes to kill" game.

Perfectly scratches the itch!

Love the semi-linear levels, love the fast paced combat, love the monsters. Only wish I could edge-crawl like in the original...

After reading all the negative reviews I still decided to jump in and get Street Fighter V.

I recently built my own fightstick that uses generic gamepad PCB which I got from ebay and I wanted to use it with the new Street Fighter. The game did not react to the fightstick inputs and xpadder did not detect the stick at all. What worked was x360ce (it detected the stick and downloaded mapping scheme for SFV). Now the game works great!

The game is missing some content but it is coming, and online competition gives more than enough things to do until then. Also, Capcom are already working on a patch to resolve the biggest issues. So far I did not have server disconnects so maybe this was resolved in the last day or so too.

Do not buy this game if you want story mode but for online fighting fun it is great!

Did not even try multiplayer. Just explosive gunning and running around. Best "5 minute" game I played in a long time!
