There are plenty of fun game modes to keep you and your friends entertained, but that's also a huge crutch of this game: you need to establish a fairly large group.
This is mostly due to public servers being filled to the brim with microtransactions and visual/audio clutter crowding the experience most of the time.
If you can get a group of friends together to play some good ol' TTT, Prop Hunt, or Murder, it's a pretty good time.

I was trying for so long to find a rhythm game that was also a shooter, and if you use the FPoSU mod, it's basically just a hybrid between Aim Lab and Osu.

Basically Mario Party but for lazy people who won't leave their computers.
