The game at its current state is fun but broken. Archers are useless they managed to kill 1 barbarian in my last playthrough where my mercenary options were mostly archers. Wait for the game to be balanced before you purchase.

This is SO BUGGED.
upon a load one of my agents wouldn't budge or accept any jobs.
Some of the minigames were literally impossible with -1 values
some agents returning to office just freeze and then take up a slot forever.
On top of the bugs moving the map is infuriating. the only good map is when you zoom out all the way and with that map it will not let you unpause. sometimes when scrolling the map does some 360° spins for giggles.

The game in theory is really good. but game breaking bugs like:
Everyone gets stuck on medical beds
Staff gets stuck behind serving table in staff canteen
Prisoners angry about hygiene yet every cell has a shower and 2 hours of lock down
Serving trays in staffroom clutter until they block objects and no one can eat
Janitors chilling in a cleaning cupboard while you get warnings about hot unclean your prison is.
Energy stored in a battery will be sold 100% at midnight leaving your prison to shutdown instead of discharging slowly.

Some of these bugs have been around forever and the developer is more interested in making more DLC for money than fixing these bugs.

The game crashes frequently also the ski run building is questionable sometimes. Wait for it to come out of early access

The game is clunky and broken at times. Needs a TON of work for it to be fun.

The game turns into just clicking the same things in the same order each turn... so boring

This game was incredibly fun. I ignored all my friends and went invisible on steam friends to play and complete this game. I would suggest to never look things up, like all puzzles if you keep slamming your head into the grindstone you will succeed and feel better doing it.

Wait for the game to be out for awhile and they stop daily updating. I've had my saves broken twice so far and had to restart.

Edit: After seeing the development put into the game I can honestly say I am very happy with it. It is a shame seeing these potentially great games being released too early. That being said there still are some bugs here and there but the game is hypnotically fun. I start playing and I look up and 4 hours have gone by.

Matchmaking in this game comes in waves. Whenever a ban wave comes around everyone ranks up and does well. whenever a sale happens, everyone ranks down fast and wants to quit forever.

I love total war games, always have. This one rubs me the WRONG way though. I love the complexity of the game but it seems like they could have done a better job laying out the menus and info. On top of that I played the game the first week and noticed huge tactical issues and a few glitches. I figured they would be fixed so i dropped the game for 3-5 months then picked it back up again. NOPE issues are still there, enemy AI will attack the town from the port most of the time which is easily defendable. I just rage quit because I was on a hill with all my troops and the enemies spearmen had longer range than my spearmen on the hill... it seems that this game was rushed and instead of fixing the glitches later they decided to milk it and beg you to buy the game.
