Well this is a fun game! It has very enjoyable driving physics and along with that an amazing community that continues to make maps or car skins that adds more and more hours of fun into this game. The graphics in this game also hold up pretty well from 2013 to 2016 with good lighting effects and nice looking cars. The multiplayer in this game is also addicting while you continue to race many community maps to become the number 1 racer in your area. It is satisfying to see yourself rise up and up until you are in the top ten in your country. So over all this game is great fun, and you can expect to get many hours of racing out of this cheap 10 dollar game.

Now I'm not that into the F1 yearly game thing, but my god is this game fun. At first it was the most difficult thing in the world because learning how to do it was completely new to me. I just had no clue on how to do it and would be doing pretty bad. Then I slowly got better and boy is it satisfying to start to win things.

This game makes the racing and winning so enjoyable! Normally in the Dirt series the winning just doesn't feel great but in this game it feels like I accomplished something. This is pretty much the biggest reason why I am reccomending this game.

This game is just okay. To me it is in between amazing and bad. Here is why: (tl:dr at the bottom)

For starters I came into this game thinking it was going to be mainly ralley racing, which is what I enjoy and wanted to play, but instead the developers decided to put in all this other junk I guess you could call it. For example the events where it wants you to complete objectives to win medals can get annoying. However this all isn't all that bad. Cause some of the other fuff it adds, like trail blazer races, are great fun! But to me it felt like they were added as a way to get more content in the game, which I don't mind, I just wish they would have added content in the area I wanted the content, which is ralley races.

Now when I was younger I remember playing some of the much older ColinMcrae ralley games like the 2002 one, and the amount of map diversity was what kept me and my brothers playing it for so long. Each time we would get bored of one setting you could just move onto the next and have a fresh new map to play on. But the thing about this game is that there seems to be very limited locations and maps. To try and make it seem like there are more maps, they might have you race one thing backwards, or only do this section of the race, but what I loved about the older games is that you are going start to finish racing the entire track. I wish they could have done this but instead they decided to just have a few maps, which I why (just an assumption) they might have decided to add all these other types of racing, which isn't what I wanted to buy this game for in the first place.

Now after ranting about things I dislike about the game I will move onto the things I do like.

On thing that I really enjoy about this game is the physics. The driving just feels very smooth (im not sure how realistic) but is is very satisfying when you get that perfect drift around the corner or a big jump after a crest. The developers really made the driving physics enjoyable and addicting which is one of the reasons why I want to keep comming back to it.

Another positive to this game is the graphics. I wouldn't say they are drop dead gorgous, because there is much better out at the time of this review, but they are definitally not bad, and it seems to have aged pretty well. The graphcis and coloring complements greatly with the game and makes it feel more satisfying coupled with the driving physics.

The next thing that was great about this game is the large selection of cars. I wouldn't say this makes up for the lack of maps, but it definitally says something, because you surely have choices when it comes the car you want to drive.

So all in all having the negatives and positives accounted for I would definitally recommend this game. Though at the time of this review I want to sink many more into it and will for sure have alot more fun with the game.

TL:DR

Pros:

-fun driving physics
-wide choice of cars
-good graphics
-good map design

Cons:

-Small amount of maps
-Some random unwanted evens (imo)

This game honestly isn't that good. Half of the game is spent in a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sewer going place to place and it doesn't very well immerse you when you see walls glitching out to where you can see the other room. Honestly this game isn't worth the 20 dollars. I feel like the developers of this game decided to jump on the left for dead bandwagon and made a zombie game as fast as they could. Just trust me and don't play this game, since it doesn't hold up well for even just 5 years later.

I love it, the puzzles are fun, somtimes frustrating, the gamplay is fun on controller, and works just as well on keyboard. And if you're wondereing yes this game is very similar to Legend of Zelda, but in many ways it is different. It has the same feeling but there are some mechanics in the game that is different. The open world aspect is also cool in that you choose wich order you go with the game. The graphics are also pretty good with nice vibrant colors and beautiful lighting, so would I recommend this? Hell yah!

UPDATE TO REVIEW, SCROLL DOWN

According to the other reviews, the game is ♥♥♥♥, but most of them seemed to be focusing on the multi-player aspect. So for me I only have 2 hours at the time of this review, and that will grow until I complete the game, but in the singleplay I don't see any of the complaints that a lot of other people are having. So far I have ran into minimal glitches, and the puzzels are just as deep as in Trine 2. I also see the other people say the story ends abrudtly, which I have yet to figure out for myself, but so far the story, within only 2 hours has kept me interested. The graphics in this game as per usual are amazing, and playing on my crappy laptop, only on the very low settings it still looks stunning, with the normal enchanting Trine styled landscapes and colors bringing you to a very fantasy like place. The movement is this game is also very smooth. When I saw that they were moving away from the 2D platforming that they did in Trine 1 and 2, I was skeptical, first off because I didn't see a reason for them to change it, but when I hopped in and started playing, it still had the classic Trine feeling to me.

In short: According to others, the multiplayer is bad, but I have found the single player to be enjoyable

The story so far has been compelling and interesting

The graphics, and game design are great

Minimal bugs, (I have only ran into two which I'd say is pretty average, and they weren't game breaking or anything)

There is Smooth and enjoyable movment

Over all I think that this game doesn't deserve the bad stigma that many other people are giving it, so don't let other reviews throw you off too too much!

UPDATE:

As much as I wanted to like this game I can't give it a solid recommendation after completing it. Over all this game left me feeling super empty. So the game bassically is made of 3 different styles, one where you are at a wizard castle, in a book with very bland colors, a snowy forest and a generic boss fight stage. The rest of the game is made up of a few side quests, that you MUST do to progress through the main story.

Now that isn't my main complaint. My problem is that there just isn't enough. The game leaves you off where it shouldn't and to me it looks likes the developers tried to get more rmoney by not making this a complete game. The game leaves of to set up a sequel where there shouldn't be one is what im basically saying. Now this annoys me a lot. The trine games normally have great story but then when you come to this game is very, and I mean very lack luster. It started out interesting and then it turned out to be a thrown togethor mess.

Now another problem I had with this game as comming back after finishing it is that it had Zoya as a very and I mean VERY usless character. She had no part in the boss level and in most other levels she was just a swing around little thing, which is a shame beacuse in Trine 2 she was a lot of fun to play with.

Now the last part that urked me is the lack of boss levels, and how the game lead into them. The game seemed to just throw them in as an after thought instead of actually making it flow through the game. In trine 2 you are walking through a forest and then you seemlesly walk into a boss that I didn't expect, but in this game you have to load a new level and it is very predictable if you have half a brain.

So with all of this in factor as well as the first review, I am going to be neutral on this game. I would only suggest buying it on a large sale or if you are a super mega fan and just can't keep your hands off this series. Although I can't actually not give a up or down so im going to just keep it as an up!

Oh mai this game is good. I came to it expecting an interesting puzzel game and I ended up being treated with a well writen story with a funny plot (if you choose to make it that way). The only thing I thought sucked was the game length. I could have been a bit longer, and I wanted them to put more story, but out of what you play, you won't regret it! Although because of the length this is one of those games where you might want to buy it on sale.

I just can't recommend this game. First off the sounds are annoying. They are too loud and when you want to turn them down its the difference between a little loud and completly off. Also the HUD in game is terrible. All you see is your team mates names which takes away from other things you could be trying to shoot. If you turn off the hud then there goes hit markers and anything usfull that can indicate anything so its either you being stuck with seeing peoples names or not knowing what you are doing. The microtransactions put in place are also annoying. You can either grind it out and get a weapon with in game currency, but oh wait you can only buy it for 1 day, or you can pay money to buy it... for one day. Or you can pay more than twice as much in game currency made from playing to get the weapon attachment permanently or pay twice as much ACTUAL money to unlock it forever.

REALLY, and I mean REALLY bad port. It shows you the keys to hit on the conrtoller, even when your not using it. There isn't much of a thing to turn down settings if your computer is bad. It makes you sign in to this windows live thing if you want to save the game. I thought this would be fun to play in the pass time, but I can't even do the first thing which is to "pillage the corpse" by pressing the a button. OH WOOPS I dont have a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ A button. Please for the love of god don't buy this waste of time. They obviously didn't care enough to try and make the PC side of this game fun.
