The Best Total War game I've played. Great graphics, they've removed most of the annoying features that never worked properly like Agents and Champions. The difficulty settings seem to work really well and you can make the game as hard or as easy as you want through the different factions and difficulty modes. if you have any interest in the pre-norman era, this is for you.

Already loving this game, great new mechanics such as building barbed wire, sandbags and machine gun posts. The terrain is really challenging to fight on and it's great to see a less well known theatre of the Great War. As you would expect with this franchise, the weapons and animations are fantastic.
If you liked Verdun, you will enjoy this game, the graphics are great and it seems to run really well and has populated servers.

The new WW1 mode is fun to play. It is arcadey in the classic sense that Holdfast was but the multiplayer servers are really fun

The first WW1 game that I've played that doesn't feel like a bad joke. It plays well and I feel catches the attrition as many games end in hard fought draws with both teams fighting over just one objective the entire game.

Really immersive game. If you like WW2, have seen 'a bridge too far' and would like to play a team based FPS that also includes multi-crew tanks, mortars and parachute jumps, then this game is for you
