Fred is concerned that Sly’s first experience in Rehab didn’t quite sink in and he is still a hazard on the road. Sly has broken the BIG promise he made at the Rehab Centre: Sly still relies heavily on the GPS on his phone, he still eats while driving, and he still drinks soda while driving. But, with another stay in Rehab, he may lose the distinction of being the worst reverser we’ve ever met
