TLDR Great game with some jank

Thankfully I didn't experience many problems with performance. I had to change the "fps" setting from 120 to 60 to prevent slowdowns, but otherwise it worked well.
I did all side missions and about 98% of collectibles clocking in 60 hours. There is extra stuff 'midnight difficulty' which seems to act as a NG+ which im not particularly interested in. I might try to 100% it as it doesn't seem too bad.

There is a little jank in combat and it might take a little to get used to but it can get pretty satisfying.
Even though towards the end there were some bs fights (pretty much any fight when enemy spams combos like elden ring enemies. Especially if they use guns in between endless anime attacks) they were all manageable and I was able to push through without too much struggle on highest difficulty.
Weapon styles help with things staying fresh even toward end of the game and allow for experimentation without being too overwhelming.

Character customization was pretty good. I really liked how you can customize certain hairstyles as it was quite modular. Gear you find in game can be used as cosmetics sets you can mix and match allowing for some really cool looking combos.

Choices in the story seemed a bit inconsequential. Especially end of act missions. They might as well not exist.

Gear is mobile-esque. Gear score go up with hardly any changes between level 1 or 50. Bond transfers (things like 5% less damage taken) are a bandaid fix for otherwise lackluster system.


This review might seem a bit negative but I enjoyed time spent playing. Something about it kept me for a long time. There is effort put in it and it shows. This game has charm.
If you're looking for not so serious open world samurai game or just something like ubisoft titles this might be a good pick.

Charming and soulful experience. I look forward to see more.

It's a pretty bad mobile game filled to the brim with low quality AI generated content.
I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt and ignored other reviews but they were correct in their judgement,

Pretty good walking sim heavily inspired by Stanley parable.

It seems that about half of content is gated behind dlc, so the free part is more like an extended demo. It's very cheap so I don't mind, but I think it's worth pointing out.

Great login screen simulator. Would recommend.

Once you get over the initial shock of unappealing graphics, too many popups/tutorials and mechanics at once there is a solid idle game in there.

This game is the essence of what is going wrong with borderlands franchise.
The only reason to play this game is potential connections with next installments.

Quite the rollercoaster. It's a tough game to review.
Not sure what to write here since I don't want to spoil.
I guess the ending seemed a bit abrupt?
There were a lot of surreal elements which helped keep your attention on the story.
Great voice acting, beautiful graphics and interesting environments.
It's short, just under 4h for one playthrough.
I really wish there were more games like this.

Seems best played without any spoilers/expectations.
