This game is amazing. It's great for just relaxing and breaking down the ships. It's sort of repetitive, but there's enough different ships that it ends up being a great level of experience and exploration.
Also, the career story is great.

Phenomenal base-building game. Low stakes kind of deal, like a more relaxed version of Factario. They're constantly improving and making this game one of my all-time-favorites.

This is like if SimCities was still good. 10/10.

This game is absolutely excellent. There's plenty of stuff to do and focus on. You can always mess around with your strategies to deal with various aspects of the game. Granted I've put over 150 hours into the game, it's getting to the point now where there isn't much to do anymore. However, it's always good to go back to after a break!
Worth the money at any price!

Definitely better than the original. But not by much. They tweaked a few things such as controller settings (can now winch from the controller, and control everything from the controller including menus and garage options). Added the guard posts again (like seen in alpha, but kind of arbitrarily only stops trucks with logs, which I get from a gameplay perspective, I just don't understand it from a narrative perspective.) Also added stand-alone challenges that are pretty fun.
Included are a few additional official trucks, which seem to just be off-shoots of all of the previous trucks (Like the C-255 now has a C-256 which is a highway tire variant, and the C-260, which I haven't really been able to suss out what the differences are, other than looks.)

I only have two main issues, and a small complaint:
1) A bunch of trucks have snorkels, but the 'danger water level' is MUCH lower than the snorkel in most cases. For instance, the K700, which is a tractor, has this huge snorkel that goes above the cab. But the actual water level is just above the engine cover. The one that really gets my goat is the C-4310, which is exactly like the C-65111, except it has a long snorkel... But the danger water level is the same as the C-65111! So what's the point of it?
I think the best option is to give a sort of comparison option to see what differs with the trucks using metrics like water ford level, max speed, torque, etc. I think that's what's really missing with truck selection.

2) Fuel usage is wildly illogical. In Hardcore mode, a truck will use 14 L / Min with Diff lock, but you turn on All Wheel drive and it suddenly shoots the usage up to 32 L / Min under the same conditions. That makes no sense. Again, I understand it from a gameplay perspective, but clearly not by any sort of physical or narrative way. There's no way a transfer case and an extra axle would more than double the fuel usage.
Unlike Spintires, however, it doesn't seem that Diff Locking uses more fuel, at least not a notably more amount like all wheels. (At least on Hardcore mode)

And my mild complaint:
I was under the impression we were gonna get new maps. But the maps offered are the same offered in the original with slight tweaks. I'm noit saying I don't appreciate the tweaks, they're great. But I'm in the dark whether or not more official maps will be released in the future.

From my perspective, I spent $15 on a better game, yes. I personally think it was worth the money as it's added a few new aspects of the game that allow me to play more. But it's hardly a new game, or a game with much more content. I'm hoping this changes in the future. But with all that said, I do enjoy this game. They got a lot more right than they did wrong.

Much like other reviewers, I love this concept. I'm an engineering student, and it's entertaining / challenging to go over topics that I have covered in class. This is a great tool to learn logic design.
However, the interface needs a lot of work. Deleting things takes a long time, and I've had a few tests get stuck in an infinite loop in which I had to stop the test and start over.

I'm also not a huge fan of the testing protocol. Our computers are good enough to simulate every case in 10-20 cycles (Most people's computers run at let's say 3+ GHz, so literally microseconds.) yet it takes full seconds to delete wires and run tests. Not only that, but it's unclear what end case it's supposed to be. It tells you which output is wrong, but you have to go back and figure out what that output's going to be.

And don't get me started on their backward truth tables that follow no rhyme or reason! Usually a truth table goes from 0 0 0 0 to 1 1 1 1, not jumps around with no logic.

I am hopeful the developers will continue to tweak the interface and improve the game. As of now, I have to say it's definitely a mixed bag of nuts that requires a lot of patience.

I do not recommend it in it's current state, however it has a huge potential for improvement.

Fun game. Semi-realistic mud physics, fun game play. You can get lost in the woods or do speed runs. Worth the money.
