They see the thing that carries their games for years as a business opportunity and the only word that comes to mind is parasite. The thing with mods is that people do it because they want to. Because they have something they'd like to share with the community. They do it with no expectation of financial compensation. Once you tie money to something that was free there is a...resentment for people that can arise. "I paid $xx for this and it only did x screw that modder" versus "That mod said it did x only to do x...let me check out there other stuff to see if it's better" To which they will go to the modders page and might see something that makes them think "oh it was just a one off mod that wasn't for me."
The point i'm trying to make is monetizing something comes with expectations and responsibilities. It also takes away what makes modding a game fun. Releasing a mod for free? I can complete it on my time when I think it is ready versus releasing something half baked when told to because you know it will turn out that way in time. Whatever they don't give a ♥♥♥♥ about the community anyway.

Damn this is fun to play. While it has a few hiccups while playing and could use some refinement it's such a promising game. Gunplay feels really good and teamwork actually rewards you so it does not feel like another mindless shooter.

This was a bad move with a terribly launched overpriced mods...hmm wait a minute...overpriced...oh but that's right these mods that people have to PAY for aren't paid mods right? Am I just purchasing the privilege to use each of these individually or are they micro transactions not "paid mods". Look I have 230 hours into (modded) fallout 4 so I do like the game but what I don't like is having my SSD held hostage with all this BS you are wanting me to update. So problem solved I turned off updates to the game so I can use that space for the superior FREE mods that the community gives out asking nothing in return. I donate to those people because I appreciate the time and effort they put into it for something I can get many hours of use out of. Oh and by the way they push out patches for the (base not modded) game you released so I could play it without crashing or having quests broken. This is an insult to them as well as us Bethesda and I will not be purchasing another product from you until this "creation club" of paid mods is removed or you put out some obsidian tier story content/quests (good luck with that).

So just to recap here these ARE paid mods you lied about to us. They are overpriced and lackluster. I can already get better quality of the same item for FREE. I will not be purchasing any Bethesda product in the future "sorry elder scrolls" I really love that series...oh well. Hope you rectify this but the greed is obvious so I wish the company the best and am actually sad to be missing out on the next games but I WILL not stand for this.

Okay this will be my first review for a game because this is just to good to not give a little praise. I was expecting the driving to be OKAY but I was wrong driving in game actually feels good. I spent 4 hours testing and tuning this buggy in game to make the mid travel on it perfect for bombing across the desert. The articulation of the control arms it is able to do because of this game is great...Went on a tangent there for a second. So the physics of the game are top tier as you might expect and there is a plethora of cars and varients to do things with included in the game. Drifting is fun btw reminds me a bit of Forza. Mods make for endless fun as well. Super easy to install and play with them. I can't write well thought out reviews so this is the best y'all get from me...Lot's of fun and limited only by the player's imagination...imma go back to theraputic destruction now cheers!
