Is it the most in-depth, or advanced, or industry leading ARPG? Definitely not.

Is it a ton of fun for me? Yes.

Pokemon re-imagined with QOLs stuff. Great mechanics, awesome coromons, and of course lovely artstyle.

The first game of the modern AC trilogy games and it's a great one. Quests can be repetitive and bloat-y. But man, the game world, characters, and story far outweighs that.

With the expansive mods available it's a game that'll still be played by many years to come.

Awesome game! I know I'm very late to the party but it feels it's been ages since we get a great single player star wars action game. Lots of studios/companies are attracted to multiplayer money pit. Many people believe single player games are dying, some companies even think this type of games aren't worth anymore as we're getting lesser and lesser single player games every year. But that's far from the truth, lots of people are craving for great story driven & amazing combat single player game. And while this game has some flaws, it's one of those great games!

This is a strictly single player classic star wars with accurate and loyal lore. It's kinda open world with different beautiful and lively biomes but still a bit linear-ish. It has a strong cast - every one of them is impactful and memorable, love their interactions!

This game has a a fast and challenging combat, esp on higher difficulties. It's very similar to dark souls mechanics at the fundamental level but also has fun and unique differences. Also, there's gonna be a LOT of platforming, I personally like it but you may not. It has decent puzzles and diverse locations to explore for an all around amazing game.

No long ass stories, you start the game and just jump in and face the endless wave. It's fun and cheap. Just get it.

Tomb Raider (2013) is the first game that paved the way to the modern trilogy reboot.

It's well written, sympathetic, beautiful, and just incredibly well made for its time. Though Lara's emotional personality here is a bit contradicting with her actions (killing a bunch of men throughout the game), the game and I just quickly moves past it. Besides that, I don't think there's a really noticeable misstep on the game direction. Overall, best action game with great cinematic scenes that brought highlight to one of the icons in gaming history, Lara Croft.
