Not to sure where to start with this game, because to begin with I was a little sceptical, and saw this game as a cheap rip-off of GTA and FarCry combined.

Oh how wrong I was. Now I don't know where to start, as the game, put simply is incredible.

First things first; maybe people will be quick to tell you the story is rather short lived, and the side missions drag a bit. While some might say this, in my current clocked gametime (about 15 hours I believe) I have completed a mere 9% of the game. I haven't been powering though the story, but why would you want to?
This game is so beautiful and detailed that you can easily spend hours wandering the mountains and villages, basejumping from the skyscrapers in the financial district, hijacking aeroplanes and helicopters from the various island airports, racing fast cars down huge open motorways, racing slow cars off the sides of the mountain tops and darting through settlements at high speeds using your grappling hook.
And that's just stuff you can do before you unlock anything in the game through story missions or side quest rewards.

The graphics in this game are breath-taking, and the detail and thought throughout the island of Panau is simply remarkable. Add into all of this the reality physics engines (and the odd ragdoll moments, of course!) and the unlimited replayablity of this game, then even if you do decide to power-storm the story and rampage towards the 100% mark (which might seem hard at first, but a clever in game tracker allows you cheevo-freaks out there to hunt down every crate, drug drop, skull and blackbox) then even after this, you can safely assume you can quadruple your total gametime just playing about with everything this game has to offer.

It is currently priced at £9.99, and for that much I can guarentee you will not find a better game to clock hundreds, if not into the thousands worth of game time.

If it's on offer (really doesn't need to be, worth EVERY penny) and you don't pick this diamond up, you might as well just take your computer, climb a high mountain, chuck it off and at least give something the chance to experience the 'Just Cause 2' life.
