i was banned for no reason i was playing on blood players and it kicked me out the game and it says i was banned from online even thought i never had any cheats installed nether i have ever used them so yeah i dont get it

Users are only banned for cheating. BattlEye, Valve Anti-Cheat, and all other forms of anti-cheat software will never give you a more specific reason because it's a security issue and degrades the usefulness of the anti-cheat.

Bans are not handled by the "game developer" or Smartly Dressed Games in any way. All bans are handled by BattlEye/VAC. Nobody here can help you.
