Unfortunately have to give this one a red flag. It's just a milk-farm now. 10 years on and basic QoL still missing. Cashstore prices still on the extreme high-end, with minimal discount values that are recycled.

Apart from the questionable balancing updates (kinda forces you to play optimal builds for group content), the performance issues.. abysmal. Gets frustrating even for casual PvE experiences nowadays. Believe it is unplayable for anyone outside the US region. Latency constantly averaging at 600+ms for me recently, that is with all the port-forwarding and troubleshooting checked out. Extreme rubber-banding issues in group-queue content. (Found out that other players utilizing Exitlag also facing same issues).

Support barely exists as they repeatedly shove the same troubleshooting advice down your throat. (Had some other tech issues in the past but had to figure out solution on my own).

Chucking this one into the archives until the day of miracle, when they manage to iron out the major issues.

The recent forcefully installed EPIC add-on is causing a lot of performance problems on top of all the existing ones including glitches, stuttering, optimization issues etc.

For a game with sub-par graphics, frequent freezing and crashing sour any fun to be enjoyed in the game.

Devs seem to be focusing more on "balance" (constant new nerfs & map mutators because players were overcoming the hard modes?) and content overhauls instead.

Might check in again in the future if it gets cleaned up a little.

Till then, Helldivers 2 provides a better "Starship" experience right out of the box.

One of the best RPG I've played in recent years. Very in-depth and has a wide variety of customizations and choice.

120 hours in & I'm still at character creation

They stole it back. Good for them.
