without a doubt the worst hero shooter i've played since battleborn's closed beta.

underneath its scuff and generally messy handling, there is SOMETHING here that can be worth buying for 30 dollars. if there was a mixed option thats what i would give for Payday 3, otherwise wait till its super cheap and then buy it.

Imagine Beyond Light but with slightly better story, thats this entire DLC.

the new seasonal system sucks ass, dont bother getting this edition at all.

i like spreading the will of the husk to every separatist station im in for free stuff

in all seriousness this is one of THE worst dlcs to date, i had more fun completing shadowkeep for the first time. Neomuna is empty and dull, the bright colors do nothing other than provide a 3 second distraction from the vast nothingness it has to offer (doesn't help that the Vex Incursion Force event, the one thing people WANT to do, rarely spawns). Terminal Overload had a purpose as easy weapon leveling, now its just flat out worthless post patch due to Bungie realizing people were actually having fun and because you dont even get a guaranteed red border from the KEYED chest.

the story is typical bungie writing, more questions asked than answered, characters were boring and practically unlikable (nimbus) or just whiny (Osiris). Strand was a neat feature but you can really tell it was meant for Witch Queen, and Lightfall would've been better off expanding the origins of it.

play this dlc if you want to have an aneurysm

my desync was so bad that it caused a car to go into hyperspace and crash my game.
