Despite the game being short, it was a struggle to justify continue playing because both the story and gameplay were unengaging. The puzzles are tedious and borderline trivial. There are no real scares to be found. Nothing really develops or happens at all seemingly.

It doesn't really build or expand upon Lovecraft's work at all. You're better off just reading Lovecraft.

Surprisingly good for a 15 minute long game.

A fun little Portal-esque game. Great audio/visuals, good narration, and of course some interesting puzzles. I bought the game at full price ($20) but would recommend waiting for a sale.

Good writing and character development. Good environment design and detail. Several surprises wrapped in a short and light-hearted game.

Avoid buying. Unengaging storyline, no character development, weak scares, too many situations where the player is instantly-killed, and tons of bugs/crashes in the PC version. Ultimately couldn't bring myself to finish this game because it just was not fun to play.

This game is a masterpiece.
