This game is great. Great party/camp managment, fun battles with good strategy, good quests with every now and then great references and humour to boot. Might elaborate in the future but for now I prefer to keep playing.

A short bit of advice for those who are considering purchasing:
Do not purchase yet until they implement the feedback they are currently receiving.

This review and advice will be changed to a postive one once this has been achieved.

EDIT: It is 2024 and I tried the game again and had a lot of fun in it. They continue to improve upon the game as well so I can now recommend the game.

Only play this game with the Divide et Impera mod (DeI for short)
If you have Divide et Impera it is amazing, without it this game sucks.

WARNING: This game might be more addicting than heroin, postpone buying/playing if you have major deadlines coming up.

Great game on it's own and if you don't like something, or something is missing in your view, then you can easily download a workshop mod and perfect it further.

Possibly the best WW2 shooter out there. It is realistic, tactical and nerve wrecking. This game is brutal and epic with so much attention to detail. These developpers deserve so much love as does the community on this game. The Squad Leaders and commanders are actually the most experienced grizzled players and when you follow their lead your team will overcome anything. In this game you dread dying, you dread your friends dying, you fear the bullets and explosions that pervade the battlefield because you just a normal soldier with your comrades fighting to survive and push back the enemy. This is how more shooters should be, not a cartoony arcade-fest as so many other games are nowadays. This game strikes the best balance between simulator and action game as it grabs the best aspects of both.

Avoid like the plague, it seems they abandonned this game in a broken state.
