The problem with this game is that it is basically a very long survey that show you the result and meaning, and it is too short so everyone on steam can just refund this after playing, though I don't think any good person will do that, most likely than not this game will help you in some way you didn't thought of.

Diablo IV is a unique MMO where players use the trade channel to LFG

ACT 1 and the first 50 levels will be fun, but agonies follow with this "MMO" without any MMO elements.

If you have crashes issues still with latest version. Switching between full screen and windows mode kinda fix it for me. Tried a lot of other options didn't work well. Game is great, UI and UX is ♥♥♥♥.

There is a "No One Lives Forever" Vibe to it. Almost certain the dev is a fan like myself.

Hard crashes right out freeze up your computer (CTRL-ALT-DEL unresponsive, no BSOD) randomly every 10-15 minutes, basically unplayable.

Tl;DR version: Chapter 1-3, Classic ARPG. Chapter 4 / or "Endgame" suddenly turn into kingdom building.

Wolcen deserves more love. I just finished the game and got the rare 0.2% achievement where my character never died once finishing chapter 1 to 4. The game took me around 55 hours, a bit slow, yes, as I don't like to follow guides and I love to learn the game myself for these diablo style ARPG. For normal players, finishing chapter 1 to 4 will probably take 30 hours or so.

The game reward you if you spend the time in thinking about your build and customizing gears for your build. My first character was a dual wield range based character, then switched to Pistol + Dagger build in chapter 4.

The endgame content and 'Chapter IV' probably caught people off guard, as it approach endgame content in a very different approach than traditional ARPG. (It is a bit similar to Warhammer Martyr tho) The player is tasked to rebuild a kingdom by getting resources (gold, mostly) and taking in operation, all the while against time where within a set limit of turns, you will have to fight end boss whether your kingdom is ready or not. This probably piss off a lot of hardcore ARPG players, but if you are experienced kingdom building or turn based strategy gamer, then you will feel right at home.

Gameplay Versatility: 7/10 (Some build are way overpowered, balancing issues)
Character Build freedom: 10/10 (There is no super 'set' or super 'unique' gears as you level up from chapter 1 to 4, making the experience much more enjoyable for people who like to mix and match and do their own experiment)
Storyline: Chapter 1-3 (8/10), Chapter 4 (5/10, a few plot holes and not much going on)
Music: 8/10
Sound design: 8/10
Voice Over: 7.5/10
Level design: 7/10
Graphics: 7/10
Character design: 6/10 (my personal taste, I find it very weird when you have 1:9 head:body ratio)

Game is not as good as Grim Dawn (which I spent a bit too much time on....and got all achievement lol), but the endgame content is actually a lot better than Diablo 4, at it's current price it's a steal. You can also see the developer put their heart and soul into the game, not many company will name their game using their company name or vice versa.

Bottom line: If you enjoy diablo style ARPG, AND is fine with some kingdom building, 'random' operation grinding on similar maps, then definitely pick this up when it's on sale. The game is worth every penny even when not on sale.

Let this game sit around for so long, after finishing DOS:2 a few times already, decided to give this one a go. I can't remember why it got shelved on my library but probably has to do with too many RPG back around that time, Dragonage or Witcher 2 perhaps.

Anyway, I highly recommend this game:

Bottom line: Old school PC Action RPG that deserve much more recognition than it did. Well worth the full price tag, and definitely a steal during sales or package deal.

TL;DR version: You morph into a dragon, and burn some ♥♥♥♥, put fear into enemy, what else do you want?

Standard TD game, nothing special. NSFW animation was good. Great game to play when you wanna sit back and relax.

Works well, having multiple virtual desktops at the same time in VR is really productive
