They got rid of the 2k launcher

I logged into the game within in 3 hours of it launching. I was able to play the tutorial but as soon as it 'tried' to load me into the HUB world i got ""Disconnected from server. Redirecting to initial screen. [NE:4004]"". I thought you know what first day issues but i felt that can't be it, as i have multiple friends on right now playing. So I waited a couple hours came back. Same error. So i tried again the next day. Same error but my friends were still on and playing. so waited another day. SAME ERROR on the third day after launch. I started to think maybe it isn't a serve issue as this has happened the whole time whilst i have had friends playing during this whole time to. So I made a request on the website saying I'm having issues with the game. I left the request which brings me to today i went to check the support request and it has been DELETED! At this point i can't find anything about this error and i'm giving up on trying to load into the game. of the 2 hours i have played about 5 minutes of it was the tutorial, the rest has been trying to load into the game but consistently getting the same error whilst my friends are able to play. I'm hoping this review might even be able to help me fix the issue I am having.
