Old Review;
The game is incomplete and wastes your time with map selection and item gaining/crafting. Lots of RNG baked into everything in a game where you cannot pick or choose any difficulty on any map or any perk on any weapon. It falls short of what Vermintide 2 had mastered and it seems they threw the accomplished blueprints in the trash.

I cannot and will not be playing for awhile until they unfudge this game.

Very boring. The visuals are beautiful, the streamlined diplomacy is awesome and well, that's it. The campaigns are boring, the AI is great but still always knows when your armies are away and send in their forces. It's just boring. in 83 hours I've ♥♥♥♥♥♥ around 80% completion with every faction and it just becomes a reactionary, waiting for rifts game. I am holding out for Mortal Empires and updated Old World factions but who knows... Till then, it's not worth $60.

Edit:
Immortal Empires changed the game. The combination of maps and races is excellent. The visuals are beautiful and they are still updating and revamping magic animations, models and campaigns. The game is worth hours and hours of replay. Its not perfect, but they are working to make it that way.

Game is in a good place now. The Devs have really turned around their lazy, greedy, evil ways and have started down a path of correction and making great content. The game is very fun but very expensive. They still squeeze every dime out of DLC and stuff that could possibly be free... But that's just CA and the current state of micro-transactions.

I love the Total War series. This is a great game. If you wanna dish out tons of $$$ for DLC. The first 50 rounds are the best, then it gets old real fast. The AI is trash and the difficulties dont increase the enemies strategy but just gimps you and boosts them.. Not very fun, gameplay gets old after you play every faction a few times.

Please make better games and amp up the fun.. This is old.

Very casual, fast paced and silly games. There are OP things about each class and the Forges speed up skirmishes and make contesting points very fun. It's not a ground breaking or new in any way but its a enjoyable, new spin from the seriousness of most Royale games. Very fast queue times and it's always fun to chase down those lil chickens. Play alone, with a partner or rando in Duo or a group of friends or pick ups in Squad. Free Play and no in-game shop is awlays an added bonus.

Matchmaking can give me a headache and the loot system gives me high blood pressure. But when you find that fun, competent, talkative group, you are set. Recommend you play this with at least one other buddy if not, fill all 4 slots. Some people will leave the group the second things look grim or they die. Still a rather fun game for having to click 2 buttons (swing, hold swing, block, block+swing, etc). 7/10 soloQ. 9/10 when you are with buddies. More blood for the Blood Gods!

Only a little less scandalous than FIFA but with better player names.

Lags sometimes when I play co-op... Lags a lot. It's painful. But the game is great. 8.5/10

Im strictly a FPS, RTS and Turn-based gamer, havent liked an RPG since Oblivion.. But this game has me hooked, I thought maybe it was 10PM but now its 1:30AM and I have to write a review. Witcher 3 is a must own for every gamer. 11/10. 5.5 stars. 2 thumbs and an index up.
