In April of last year I wrote a review for this game, this is what I wrote "This game was better before, right now it is actual dogshít. If you buy this be prepared to loot the same houses for different hats and rags. Before you could actually find loot.. The only way to actually get good loot now a days is to get to one of the millitary bases or airstrips. And if you ever get good loot you will most likely die of starvation or any sickness since it's impossible to find food or meds. The older patches were alot better and the game actually got worse. Don't spend your money on this game.

Now, it seems they've listened to their playerbase and this game finally got through the early access, there's still bugs and things that needs to be worked on but it's playable. Like I said before it had a food problem but I can finally find food and other items, it has turned for the better and I'd actually recommend it now, It's 40 euros though so wait for a sale or buy it from a third party store.
