incredible open world and dynamic combat.

the single player alone is fun for hours on end. an open world yakuza-style game with RPG and build-your-own-fighter elements that uses the classic 2D battles of Street Fighter.

then you have the online PVP, with pretty good netcode and combat mechanics that render it unique without altering too much its identity of Street Fighter. still a huge evolution and step forward compared to V.

bit lackluster when it comes to customization for online play but outfit 3 has been announced and the battlepass/store can mostly be easily ignored as it's 90% gimmicky items for your avatar

so good they should be in charge of WOTC and handle PnP D&D as well

overall, it's a good game. it has its small flaws and problems but the experience is nice and enjoyable.

sadly, not even BF Portal can save this game

i would love to give this game a fair review for the gameplay, but since i'm unable to actually play the game, because it used to crash during the loading of the match, and then after the fixes i can't even start matchmaking before getting booted back to the "press any key to start" screen, i'm gonna just have to leave a bad review until they actually make the game playable for me

this game gave me depression, but laura bailey's insults keep me alive
