Hallo brauche rechtliche Hilfe.... ich (M37) war letztens bei meinem Dönermann (M44) und hab ein Döner mit Feta Käse bestellt. Bekommen hab ich jedoch einen Drehspieß mit Weichkäsezubereitung. Soll ich ihn jetzt anzeigen wegen Betrug (§ 263 StGB) oder arglistiger Täuschung (§ 123 Abs. 1 BGB)??? lg
