:atomic:The Middleman does NOT hold onto any money at any time of the transaction unless it is a Moneygram transaction. Holding the money in a transaction puts the Middleman at risk of liability if the buyer chooses to reverse or dispute a payment, so this is not common practice, and definitely unsafe for the Middleman.

:atomic:a) Buyer, Seller and Middleman join a multi-user chat.
:atomic:b) Buyer and Seller confirm the trade agreement with the Middleman.
:atomic:c) Middleman verifies the Paypal emails of Buyer AND Seller as well as provides the outlines on the trade.
:atomic:d) Buyer initiates the trade with Middleman from the multi-user chat window and gives the items.
:atomic:e) Middleman verifies that he has received the items and informs the Seller to proceed with payment.
:atomic:f) Seller confirms money has been received and confirms that Middleman may give items to Buyer.
