hello, the only thing you can do is to go on assistence, make a ticket for unban/unvac, put any evidence you have and wait, thats the only way to take unban on cs go, and is pretty rate to have succes, in 2016 i did that, after 42-43 days i got a notification from steam with unvac and nothing more, you can look on google image how is looking one of these, good luck :)
