Without a shadow of the doubt, I highly recommend this game to anyone who enjoys games with any kinda jump scare, exploration, and problem solving. This game has all three, and then some! Not very long at all, but I really enjoyed the game. It's not so much "nightmarish" as just weird and gorse, though to a child, these creatures 6 encounters would definitely qualify as nightmarish! I loved the expansion DLCs too! The granny one the most gorse and suspenseful of all.

REALLY enjoyed this game! One of the few games I wanted to play straight through without stopping. Induced emotions form time to time, and found the characters easy to love or hate. Loved the (though limited) element of exploration and didn't mind the way interaction was set up. The story line itself was pretty back and forth, but IMO it added to the overall feel of the game, and did better justice to the way the game ended.

Get ready for the feels! Great game that easily gets you hooked and wanting more, You get attached to the characters through the excilent storytelling. Loved the way even the smallest choices effect not only the 1st game/season, but the rest of the following seasons and even mini seasons. Highly reccomend The Walking Dead.
