the game is fun but it requires all of your friends to purchase the same map, so be aware of that if you want to switch things up

The best game I've ever played in my life. I don't know where to begin. At first I put this game off because I heard it was slow, and a lot of horse riding. But its so much more than that. The story and writing are incredible. The graphics are unbelievable, and the game feels alive at every point. Arthur Morgan is one of the most beautifully written characters I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, and playing.

As for the gameplay, Rockstar left no stone un-turned. The guns are realistic and accurate to the time period, there are horse mechanics and bonding. Around 50-60% of buildings are enter-able and meticulously decorated, many with hidden secrets along your journey. The towns are full of people, all of whom you can greet, rob, or annoy. Each town is different, and sets a mood. If you're riding your horse to a long mission point you are bound to run into side missions along the way.

Take your time and enjoy it is all I can say. I wish I could play this game again for the first time.

100% pay to win. Horrible TOTY launch. EA sucks (you knew that). EA anti cheat runs kernel level. Graphical bugs still present since launch. Messi-Gate. Dont do it.
