I'm not that much of a fan of the series but the wizarding world is pretty fun. This game has lots of elements, adventure, battle, puzzles, farming (in pots) crafting, raising pets (beasts) and flying on brooms. Lots to do.

I tried to get into this game years ago, but was frustrated by the difficulty even on the first campaign mission. After a quick read of some community guide material and some youtube videos, I found it much easier to get started. It seems my difficulty was not with the tactics but just getting familiar with the interface and particulars how how to command the units, so that was refreshing. For example, you don't want to tell an engaged unit to move backwards by clicking behind them because they turn around and get slaughtered, you should have them fall back first.
I don't of any other games that really accomplish this level of simulation of Napoleonic battlefield tactics. There is much fun to be had building a huge army and changing the outcome of historic battles, I suppose as long as you don't think about the tens of thousands of simulation lives being lost! Very satisfying game.

relaxing, somehow I doubt real powerwashing is this fun

Fun, enjoyable, addictive. Many game elements that make this more lighthearted fun than other pirate or ship games, but also less of a simulation. Kind of disappointed with just how many "boss" fights and hidden puzzles their are that I'm not sure how you could find without a walkthrough.

Clever take on city building, like Waterworld, with a bigger, better rotating platform.

Fun game, similar but simpler than house flipper but of course with more heavy equipment. It has problems with recommendations for equipment, for example when setting up the mine it says you need a truck but you need a cargo truck and an excavator and you need to buy wood, and you need a bulldozer. It's also annoying that you have to go back and cancel a task to start a new one, especially when you get somewhere with your new equipment, start the construction project, only to realize you have to cancel the task and go back and get a license to use it first.

A fun an realistic railroad adventure. With switch puzzles!
