has an extremely predatory microtransaction system, im not even talking about it being overpriced (which it is extremely) -- the way the cost of store items and amount of purchasable premium currency are set up means you always have to buy much more currency than you need, and you're left with not enough for a secondary purchase (meaning you gotta buy more lol)

theres also like no endgame content unlike other games, where you can work towards cosmetics -- its just max-mining stats and putting more damage into bullet sponges.

story is OK, very predictable, and so many weird plot choices how does the main antagonist just... not show his face for the latter part of the game? what happened to the "20x" soldiers that yujin found in the hachery? etc. .

devs are throwing. dont replace ranked tournament with ranked TA.

its a good game, looks great, plays great. enemies are mostly pretty unique and interesting, most attacks are readable and dodge-able/avoidable (except for the electro-snakes). the dodge is pretty forgiving with timings.

the general story is pretty straightforward, but story cut-scenes/dialog seemed a bit all over the place (could be due to it being beta), but looking at the road-map the final release should solve all the issues. i do have a complaint about the characters that you play as though, each of them has a different "ability", but its not very obvious to new players on exactly what that ability was. i thought my controller was broken when i spawned in an couldn't double jump.

there is a bug where your game locks (but its to be expected since its still not the full release), but that's the only real issue i had.
