An actually good racing game in 2025? Early access with no game breaking bugs? Cars don't fall through the road? Runs above 15FPS on a 4070? No day 1 DLC and has content that is unlockable through gameplay? Fair pricing?
This feels like a fever dream, what timeline am I in?

It does have a couple things that need to be ironed out like the audio mixing, some of the opponent balancing and a bunch of cars don't have any visual modifications available yet, but all of those will come in future updates. Genki seems to not have forgotten what made the TXR series so fun to play and they're on the right track here.

The hype was real, but the game did not disappoint. A worthy successor to TXR3/ITC.

The stages are a lot more fun and varied compared to DR2.0, and so is the car selection. Handling is very similar to DR2.0 but they did improve tarmac physics. It is, however, an absolute stutterfest, R5 3600 and a RTX4070, all lowest settings @ 5760x1080, averages 110fps but still drops frames like mad. CPU heavy, hopefully they fix it or improve it with updates

Super relaxing to do long hauls halfway across Europe, just don't play online unless you want to road rage every time you encounter another player

nothing better than gathering your friends and playing through the game after the last update is released, only for it to update once more days later
still worth it

introducing our newest invention, no mods™ mode for that ultra bland console experience. oh by the way, shark cards are 5% off, so you can finally almost afford the super-vanilla-totally-not-overpriced dlc cars without having to ask your local friendly neighbor cheater.

-kicked back to menu, no explanation

-13 killstreak
-victory
-black screen aka time to play another game

was fun while it lasted though

23.11.2016 UPDATE: Has some performance issues on my toaster but for 2€ it's a steal. Still one of the greatest FPS games ever made.

22.11.2017 UPDATE: Game is still alive with loads of people playing it and metric ♥♥♥♥-tons of mods to choose from.

21.11.2018 UPDATE: Sandstorm is out, yet it's a complete disaster. Play this instead.
