I've been a member of the Destiny community since the first private Alpha for the original game during E3 2014. I've played Destiny 2 on all platforms available since launch. Aside from taking a few weeks off to move twitce in as many years, I've been deep into the community, and the game itself, with thousands of hours logged. I only mention this to qualify my opinion as a knowledgeable player.

As of the changes introduced with New Light and Shadowkeep, I can say with absolute certainty that the state of the game has never been stronger, and that the future f the game has never been brighter.

Destiny 2's gunplay is unrivaled anywhere in the FPS market, and unlikely ever will be. It's satisfying to pull the trigger on such a varied arsenal.

Super abilities are powerful, useful, and vary with play style. Adding exotics and Artifact mods to the mix open up interesting risk/reward benefits. Armor 2.0 gives so much player agency to how one looks, plays, and interacts with the world around them.

Progression has never been more consistently rewarding in the game, new content is coming out weekly, and the majority of the game is free; all the while, Bungie are continuing to redefine transparency and communication in the AAA independent game development sphere.

Try it for yourself. We'll see you out there. If you get hooked, head over to the DTG subreddit for some excellent advice on how to dive deep into this well-loved franchise.

This is a super simple, yet much-needed tool, especially with older games. It just plain does exactly what it purports to do, and my favorite part is that you can shut it down once you adjust the windows you need to. As a result, there's basically zero system impact.

HIGHLY recommended.

Orbital Strike has an insane amount of polish for as early as it is in its development. This is a sold foundation for a new kind of multiplayer FPS for the Vive. I'm looking forward to massive assaults.

If you like BattleDome, and you want to add some variety to your multiplayer FPS library, get this now.

Once there's an in-game option to add your own samples (you can currently do this by creating your own folders in the application's samples folder - it could NOT be easier) and export mixdowns, this will be a full-featured programming/recording studio. I cannot wait. Already dabbling with demos.

Desptie needing a SERIOUS graphical optimization patch, this game takes everything the demo gave us and amplifies it, including a wonderful upgrade and special items system.

THANK YOU for taking the battery off of the laser sight.

Those of us using SuperSamping: I have a 980Ti, and I was using 1.6x for everything before this, and it purportedly cimes packed-in with 1.4x. I lowered my modifier to 1.3x, and have no judder now.

I adore this game.

True, I had some issues with locomotion at first, but, as I got more and more used to the virtual world, so I became more at home in the Windlands.

Ever want to be Spider-Man in the woods? Now you can.

In its current state, I wouldn't recommend this game for purchase. That said, I think that, as it develops, it may become one of the greats.

* This NEEDS now has a tutorial.
* Weapon reloads need to work more consistently.
* As previously stated, some form of stealth needs to be here. Too much is reliant on chance when it comes to "Have they seen me?".
* Environment is vast, and the locomotion system is great. Could use some polish, but it really feels good, serving both traditional locomotion fans and teleportation enthusiasts.
* Pause menu. Customizable controls. Etc.

GREAT start - just not quite there yet.

The core gameplay is simple, but expertly executed. Could the physics be improved? Sure. At the end of the day, I lived out a childhood fantasy for $4USD.

If that doesn't appeal to you, don't buy the game. Those complaining about the depth of a $4 game need a serious wakeup call.

This is, simply put, a masterstroke. Simplicity, well-executed. HoloBall takes concepts like Pong, Racketball, and Tennis, and put a whole other spin on it. At times, I fondly recall the original Atari, and, others, Portal (GladOS comparisons, and such).

The game is polished and fun. If you have a VIve, get this. Just get it.

EDIT: The new updates make the game more compelling, and the developers are workinf around-the-clock to polish the update. Great game, great dev!
