Death Stranding has been a unique experience for so many reasons.

To be honest, playing through this game yet again, the story could be more simplified and still get the point across, but then you wouldn't be getting the true Kojima experience.

I could explain my feelings on the stories and the systems but to sum it up I'll say that the game mechanics have enough crunch to give you a desired challenge, while still being interesting and engaging. I wouldn't describe it as action, but it still requires deliberate action on the players part to accomplish your tasks.

Without focusing on the difficulties of the story, the underlying message is really what made me fall in love the most. People need the help of other people in order to survive. And what an incredible game it is for that. The way you help your fellow porters, the way you want to help the individuals and the UCA as a whole, it's a game that makes you fall in love with the oddities of people and understand the difficulties they face.

Don't rush the game, the fun is in taking your time and enjoying the aspects that capture you. This is one of a very small number of games that made me wish I could play for the first time again after finishing it.
