The most (audio-)visual visual novel around.
The musical score and artstyle are absolutely otherworldly and keep changing with every chapter. The atmosphere is really thick, the world consumes you whole unlike any other game in the genre.
The story is well-written, I wasn't especially touched like many other people but the way it's delievered is really good and goes a little outside the box at times, taking full advantage of the possibilities of visual novel medium.
The House in Fata Morgana is surely one of the top visual novels ever and probably one of the most accessible to any audience. It lacks any stinky eroge elements or weeb cliches and instantly hooks you in without stalling.

Even though i expected it to be a buggy and incomplete mess at launch, it still was still an enjoyable mmo in beta and the first weeks after release.
the problem lies in how amazon tries to keep this game alive by adding shameless mechanics which force you to grind even more stupid numbers just to keep up with endgame content that realistically doesn't exist. They keep adding features contradicting what seemed to be a "true mmo" philosophy at first (meaning focus on social aspects rather than being a singleplayer game but with other players).
if you're looking for a game that values your time and a good mmo experience instead of a cheap content farm, this ain't it. amazon actually had planted seeds for something that could have become really solid in the future, but corporate greed prevailed once again.
was fun while it lasted.

nice, smooth inputs. you can modify speed in 5% steps up to 200% and all of that counts in your ranked score which is veri cool. ui is really nice. ranked maps are often quite bad and there aren't many of them but still i pick this game up more often than osu mania

Best game in the series in most regards with Dark Souls 1 still having arguably better world design.

Definitely inferior world design compared to the first game. Overall, mechanics are much smoother although the pc port sucks peepee, so don't even think about going mouse + keyboard. Levels are designed in a way to make you mald with constant ambushes from nowhere and poison traps. Many levels almost force you to run thorugh them to the next bonfire or a boss fight just to first try a lazily made big guy in armor. Not to mention npc invaders like Foltorn who forces you to die and go again, since it's not worth trying to defeat him for a HUMAN-EFFIGY. Despite how stupid this game is, it maintains similar charm that dark souls 1 has. It also compenstates it's unfair mechanics with generally lower difficulty which makes the experience much less atrocious, at least from my perspective. It's a step forward in general combat and character development mechanics, but a giant step back in level design and making you want to try again after dying multiple times. For souls-like fans, it's another good entry in the franchise. For souls-like sceptics, not a good game to start with.

has clunky, outdated mechanics and most bossfights are cheese festivals. still worth playing since it's a great immersive game with amazing level design.
